actually that sounds correct , cartographer can determine if a guildie or party member is on the same quest so yeah that sounds like what it is, hmmm wonder if theres a way of disabling that on carto so it doesnt do it

I'd like to add that Healbot is another great addon that I use myself.
Not only does it help with healing, but it now helps with buffs. It's fully customizable and is essential for any and all healer type characters.
I have found some minor problems with it so far, when after logging into a different character with healbot enabled, it may 'cause your game to run really slow (Somewhere between 1 and 5 fps). Not a worry, I found that if you can get to the healbot's options and click on the "defaults" button at the bottom of that, it should solve the slow fps problem. I don't as of yet know why this problem occurs, but I'm hoping it gets fixed next healbot update.

But since rarely anyone else enjoys healing as much as myself, I don't think anyone else would bother getting it. :P

It can be used for healing yourself and others, party groups and even raid groups.
You could set up the "spells" for it to use "items", I'm sure... However I've never tried it with using items, but after you got most healing/debuff spells all "binded" to mouse/keyboard combos you may not want to bother setting up more for items, just my opinion of course.

Don't think there's an addon that would show you which zones to go to at what level, that would come out of general knowledge. You could always ask other players in-game for where to go, or checkout WoW websites for that information, such as Thottbot.com or wowwiki.com.

With my previous post about Healbot, I have found that putting items as "spells" to be cast, does work :D.

cartographer does in a way. if you check the list of areas it will tell you if it is hord/allie, what lvls are there and will show you by color how easy it would be.
